Penny4Arts gives every child in Knox and surrounding counties an opportunity to attend arts and culture events/activities for free when accompanied by a paying adult. At the KSO, children grades 12 and under in Knox and surrounding counties can attend any MoxCar Marketing + Communications Masterworks or Roy Cockrum Chamber Series concert FREE with the purchase of an adult ticket. Limit three children per paying adult (age 18 or older). Holiday concerts are excluded. Other restrictions apply. This offer is not available through Ticketmaster. The Read City Explorer Pass program allows Knox County Public Library cardholders to book a visit to an area museum or cultural institution for free or reduced admission.
