Concert Tickets

  • Where can I buy tickets to KSO performances?

Tickets for all of KSO performances are available through our Concert Calendar. Tickets may also be purchased directly through Ticketmaster.

  • How do tickets work and how do I access them?

All KSO tickets are digital only and can be accessed in one of two ways, depending on how you purchased your tickets:

KSO Ticketmaster Account – for season subscribers and patrons who purchased tickets through the KSO Box Office (by phone, in person, or through KSO links).

Ticketmaster Account – for patrons who purchased tickets directly at ticketmaster.com or through the Ticketmaster app.

To avoid slow internet speeds on concert night, we strongly recommend saving your tickets to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet in advance.

    Please note:

Tickets cannot be printed or accessed via screenshots.

Tickets purchased through the KSO Box Office must be accessed through the KSO Ticketmaster page and will not appear in the standard Ticketmaster app.

  • When will I receive my tickets?

Your tickets will appear in your Ticketmaster account immediately after purchase. Once available, tickets can be saved to your mobile wallet for easy access on the day of the concert.

  • Can I print my tickets or use a screenshot?

No. Ticketmaster barcodes use technology that prevents screenshots or printed tickets from being scanned at entry.

  • I bought tickets for someone else. How do I share them?

Tickets may be transferred easily through Ticketmaster. If everyone in your group arrives together, transfers are not required. Ushers can scan all tickets from one device.

Concert Arrival

  • What should I expect when I arrive?
