Internships

The KSO is proud to offer meaningful, hands-on learning opportunities to local students through our internship program. KSO interns work closely with staff across multiple departments (including marketing and communications, development, operations, and education and community partnerships) gaining real-world experience in a professional nonprofit arts environment.

Interns contribute to projects that apply their academic knowledge, build valuable professional skills, and support the KSO’s mission to serve and connect our community through music. While we are not currently accepting applications for an internship, we welcome students who are interested in future opportunities to share a resume and cover letter for consideration.

All KSO internships are unpaid, but may qualify for academic credit depending on your college or university’s requirements.
